Course Description: This 2-hour New Mexico continuing education course addresses relevant technology concerns that you, as a real estate licensee, should consider. These concerns range from privacy to safety. It is vitally important from a vocational, ethical, and legal perspective to put the correct safeguards in place when dealing with any new technology and to act cautiously when implementing it. Topics include the impact of technology in real estate, as well as vocational conduct and considerations.

- Understand current tech standards in real estate applicable to legal and regulatory compliance and analyze practicality of usage.
- Learn an array of skills to better equip you when dealing with technology at a vocational level.
