Course Description: Learn the basics about seller financing and real estate contracts. Attendees will learn how to fill out the Real Estate Contract Addendum, the timeline in the life of a contract, implications of the due on sale clause,  restrictions on seller financing, how to make a contract appealing to an investor who may want to purchase it,  the importance of title insurance, and basic wrap strategies.
