Office Change / Transfer
This section covers any requests for office/ brokerage transfer requests. Note: We do not initiate an office transfer until the REALTOR has already spoken with their current QB and their new QB and they have taken the necessary steps regarding sending the agent license and processing the update with NMREC. This information simply updates our records in office as well as the records at the state level when it is complete.
Under association policy, a combined office transfer fee totaling $84.09 must be collected and settled in full before any downstream database modifications are pushed live. This stack covers:
- NMAR State Transfer Fee
- LCAR Local Transfer Fee
- SNMMLS Transfer Fee
