Course Description: This course teaches real estate professionals about anti-discrimination laws (Fair Housing Act), protected classes, and ethical standards (NAR Code of Ethics) to prevent bias and ensure equal housing opportunities, covering topics like implicit bias, reasonable accommodations, advertising, screening, and legal compliance through case studies and practical scenarios, fulfilling mandatory training for agents.

Key Topics Covered:
- Fair Housing Laws: The Fair Housing Act (FHA), Equal Housing Opportunity, and other federal/state regulations. - Protected Classes: Race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, and other local classes.
- Ethical Conduct: NAR Code of Ethics, duties to clients, public, and fellow REALTORS®.
- Bias & Discrimination: Identifying and overcoming implicit bias, steering, and discriminatory practices.
- Practical Application: Marketing guidelines, lease terms, screening, reasonable accommodations/modifications, and dealing with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
