Course Description: Discrimination can be subtle or overt, and sometimes unintentional. Real estate licensees should be and compliant with FAIR HOUSING. This course looks at fair housing history — civil rights, The Fair Housing Act of 1968, Amendments Act of 1988, and an examination of more up-to-date Fair Housing issues, current timelines and HUD involvement in Fair Housing. This course meet the NAR Fair Housing requirement.
